Proposed Test Proposal at Digital Pie
Specification: To supply and install a 15m x 35m x 3m side height Clear-span marquee.
Fitted with:
- Levelled steel deck flooring over laid with 18mm ply, with
a maximum loading of 1.2 metric tonnes per square meter. - Hard sides, consisting of White Abs Panels (fibre glass).
- 2no Double (2m or 2.5m wide) entrance exit doors fitted with
Panic Bar furniture and soft closers. These doors are Glazed
but canbe fitted with Frosting. - Ramps to doors with non slip covering.
- Internal lighting by way of 21no 5ft strip lights and 2 no non-
maintained emergency exit signs for above doors. This will
need to be connected to the buildings power supply and will
need to be quoted separately.
- Electrically powered internal heating.
- Disabled access ramp. Specification to be confirmed by
separate drawing. - 2no toilets trailers . Unit one to consist of separate male and
female units with wash hand basins and a separate accessible
trailer unit. Both units to be connected to mains power (2no
13amp single phase supplies required to site), mains water
supply and connected to a main foul sewer within 5m of units.
Pricing and Payments
Date of installation 17th – 24th October 2016
Date of dismantling 27th February 2017
Total in use hire period 18 weeks
Prices are inclusive of all labour and delivery charges and consumables.
Structure cost
£ 53,893.75 plus vat (additional weeks hire FOC for first 2 weeks then £ 1000.00 per week plus vat)
Toilet Cost for 18 weeks
£ 9180.00 plus vat (additional weeks hire or part thereof £ 510.00 per week)
Access ramp including Handrails
£ 1800.00 plus vat (additional weeks hire FOC for first 2 weeks then £ 100.00 per week or part thereof)
Payment Terms
• We require a formal Purchase order.
• Terms are 50% deposit plus vat to confirm order.
• 40% plus vat is due at the start of the hire period (when construction works are complete) as well as any additional sums due for any
additional items/works.
• Final 10% plus vat at end of hire period.

General Conditions of Hire for Undercover Events Ltd
All Transactions are subject to the full Terms and Conditions of Undercover events. A Detailed copy will be sent with the Booking Confirmation for your attention and action.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE:
In order to progress with your requirements, the company will require a signed booking confirmation order form which will be sent once the quote is accepted. An official
Purchase Order number is required from the client for each invoice issued. The hirer will be responsible to ensure that all necessary planning and other legal approvals are
obtained and that there is safe access to the site for the purposes of delivering and erecting or dismantling the equipment. The customer is responsible for the provision of
all relevant disability facilities unless specified in the quote. Security will be the responsibility of the client from first contact on site to removal.
All equipment must be fully insured either through The Undercover events insurance or through their own private arrangement (proof of cover will be required).
All relevant contact persons and handover dates will be required prior to any equipment leaving site.
STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS:
The standard terms of the contract will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. Should the Hirer fail to pay any sum to the Company by its due date for payment then,
without prejudice to any other rights of the Company, the Company may suspend or terminate the contract.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
The company will adhere to current Statutory Health & Safety regulations and copies of necessary certificates and procedures will be made available on request. The position
of all underground services and any site restriction must be made available to office at time of booking. Standard anchoring will be made using 1.2m meter steel stakes unless
an alternative method is stated in the quote. Signature will be required by client / site manager at both the hand over and hand back and also in recording any damages.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
The Undercover events crew will behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times and any sub-contractors are expected to abide by the company code of conduct.
